These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") apply to the Xameleon affiliate program, which is operated by Xameleon.cloud OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with registry code 17528811 and its registered address at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, 10115, Estonia ("Xameleon", "we", "us"). You accept these Affiliate Terms in your account before you receive a referral link and a promo code, and from then on you are a "Partner". The Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy also apply to you.
Any registered user can join. Open the Partners section of your account and accept these Affiliate Terms. You then receive a referral link of the form https://xameleon.cloud/?ref=CODE and a promo code at once.
Your referral link works on any page of the site: add ?ref=CODE to the address of the page. A customer can also use your promo code: a valid promo code assigns the customer to the Partner. We may offer customers who come through a Partner's link or promo code a discount; any such offer and its conditions are shown in the order form.
A visit through a referral link is remembered for 90 days if the visitor has accepted cookies, and until the end of the visit if not (see the Cookie Policy). When the visitor registers, the customer is assigned to the Partner permanently.
The Partner earns a commission of 7% of each payment made by a customer assigned to the Partner. The commission has no time limit. For individual Partners the terms may differ, for example by an individually agreed percentage. Commission is calculated on customer payments. Checkout opens with the launch.
New commission is held for 30 days and then becomes available. A Partner can withdraw available commission from $50. Our team makes each payout manually.
A Partner may not:
Commission is cancelled if the customer is blocked for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, or if the customer's payment is disputed. We may suspend a Partner for violating these Affiliate Terms.
These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Affiliate Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Estonia, with Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) acting as the court of first instance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
